Radana Finance (HDFA) Targets IDR 4.15 Trillion in Financing Disbursements by 2026; Here’s a Look at the Strategy

Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk. (HDFA) targets financing disbursements of IDR 4.15 trillion by 2026. Radana Bhaskara Finance Director Setiawan Nurtjahja stated that to achieve this target, the Company would continue its expansion in a measured manner while maintaining the quality of its financing portfolio. He noted that the company's financing receivables stood at approximately IDR 2.6 trillion as of June 2026. Concurrently, the net Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio improved to 2.62%, a decrease of 68 basis points from the 3.36% recorded at the end of 2025. "In terms of profitability, the Company recorded revenue of IDR 200.4 billion and operating expenses of IDR 199 billion in the first half of 2026, resulting in a net profit of IDR 1.53 billion," Setiawan said during an online live public expose on Tuesday (September 8, 2026). Setiawan assessed that this achievement demonstrated strong performance during the first half of 2026, particularly given that the Company had recorded a loss of IDR 82 billion at the end of 2025. As of June 2026, total assets reached IDR 2.99 trillion, total liabilities stood at IDR 2.5 trillion, and total equity was IDR 493 billion. He added that the company's financing performance was bolstered by partnerships with heavy equipment and open-bed truck dealers. Brands supported by the Company include Volvo, Komatsu, Dongfeng, FAW, Shacman, Isuzu, XCMG, LGMG, SANY, Sintrac, Duo, and SDLG. "Moving forward, the Company's focus is to pursue financing targets selectively, maintain asset quality, and strengthen profitability to ensure healthy and sustainable growth," he emphasized. Furthermore, Setiawan outlined the strategies Radana Finance is implementing to meet its financing disbursement targets for 2026. These include focusing on strengthening investment and working capital financing products and increasing market share by optimizing the existing market mix. Additionally, the company aims to strengthen relationships with both existing and potential new dealers through various marketing programs, offer working capital financing to current borrowers (via cross-selling, pre-approved offers, etc.), and refine its strategy by focusing on key customers with substantial portfolio potential. "We will also enhance the skills and knowledge of all employees and improve process efficiency, while expanding access to funding from domestic and international banks at competitive interest rates," he explained. Meanwhile, Radana Finance President Director Lim Eng Khim stated that in 2026, the company would continue to improve asset quality, supported by extensive dealer and banking partnerships. "The company will focus on strengthening investment and working capital financing products, expanding market share, enhancing efficiency, and securing increasingly competitive funding access to drive healthy and sustainable growth," he said on the same occasion.
