CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Issues Rp 200 Billion in Phase I Bonds in 2026

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance (CNAF) issued its Shelf Registration Bond I Phase I 2026 with a principal value of IDR 200 billion.

This issuance is part of the Shelf Registration Bond I Public Offering (PUB), targeting a fundraising target of IDR 5 trillion.

According to the prospectus published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Thursday (July 9, 2026), the bonds will be offered at 100% of the principal amount with a fixed interest rate of 7.40% per annum.

The bond term is set for 370 calendar days from the issuance date, and payment of 100% of the principal amount will be made in full on the maturity date.

Furthermore, interest will be paid quarterly from the issuance date, in accordance with the bond interest payment dates.

The first bond interest payment will be made on October 9, 2026. Meanwhile, the final interest payment, which also marks the bond maturity, will be on July 19, 2027.
