Astra Credit Companies (ACC) to Issue Rp 5.5 Trillion in Bonds in 2025

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Astra Sedaya Finance, also known as Astra Credit Companies (ACC), has issued Rp 5.5 trillion in bonds in 2025. Riadi Prasodjo, EVP of Corporate Communication & Strategy at ACC, stated that the issuance value grew 7.84% compared to the previous year.

"The company issued Rp 5.5 trillion in bonds in 2025, up from Rp 5.1 trillion the previous year," he told Kontan on Tuesday (January 20, 2026).

Riadi explained that the funds will be used for the company's business needs. He added that ACC remains open to issuing bonds in 2026 as a source of funding.

"However, the decision will be adjusted based on business needs and financial market conditions," he said.

Overall, Riadi explained that ACC is implementing a diversified funding strategy. He stated that the bond portion will be prudently adjusted according to the long-term funding strategy and future market conditions.

For your information, data from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) shows that the value of debt securities or bonds issued by multifinance companies reached IDR 37.98 trillion as of November 2025.

"This figure represents a 138% increase compared to the same period last year, which was only IDR 15.90 trillion," Pefindo Fixed Income Analyst Ahmad Nasrudin told Kontan on Monday (January 19, 2026).

Ahmad explained that with this figure, the multifinance sector became a major contributor to the corporate debt securities market as of November 2025. He explained that this surge was driven by the need for multifinance companies to support consumer credit expansion.
