Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk. (Mandala Finance) has officially entered the liquidation phase following its merger with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. (Adira Finance).
According to an announcement in the Bisnis Indonesia daily on Wednesday (November 12, 2025), Mandala Finance made the decision to dissolve based on four factors. First, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of Mandala Finance on June 30, 2025, regarding the approval of the appointment of members of the company's liquidation team.
Second, the revocation of the company's business license by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Third, the termination of the company's legal entity status. Fourth, the OJK's letter regarding the response to the Mandala Finance liquidation team's request for approval.
"The company has made the decision, among other things, to dissolve PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk, as a result of the merger with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk," the liquidation team wrote in the announcement.
In addition to the dissolution, the company has also appointed a liquidation team approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) based on letter No. S-446/PL.11/2025 dated October 28, 2025. The Mandala Finance liquidation team consists of Roberto AK Un, Josefina Agatha Syukur, and Lindawati Soetopo.
"In this regard, third parties who have outstanding claims against the company are requested to submit their claims no later than 80 (sixty) working days from the date of this announcement," he wrote.
These claims can be addressed to the liquidation team's office address, presenting original proof of the claims to be matched with company data for settlement.

Previously, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) revoked the business license of finance company PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk., or Mandala Finance. This was done in connection with the merger of Mandala Finance with PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. (ADMF), or Adira Finance.
The decision was stated in a letter numbered KEP-55/D.06/2025 dated October 2, 2025, on the OJK's official website, quoted on Saturday (10/18/2025).
"The revocation of the business license is effective as of October 1, 2025, as stated in Merger Deed Number 71 dated July 16, 2025," said Edi Setijawan, Executive Director and Head of the Department of Licensing, Special Inspections, and Quality Control Supervision of the OJK PVML Institution.
