KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Finance company PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA) distributed cash dividends of IDR 63.93 billion for the 2024 financial year.

Based on the disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Wednesday (11/6) KDB Tifa Finance stated that this decision was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on June 5, 2025.

Based on the company's financial report, throughout 2024 TIFA pocketed a current year profit of IDR 65.04 billion. The profit grew 8.6% compared to the same period the previous year of IDR 59.89 billion.

"Each share will receive a cash dividend of IDR 18 per share," the company said in an information disclosure, Wednesday (11/6).

The dividend will be paid to shareholders registered in the Shareholders Register on June 19, 2025, with the payment date scheduled for June 11, 2025.
