KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Toyota Astra Financial Service (TAFS) has conveyed its readiness to make bond payments that will mature on July 19, 2025.

Based on the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Thursday (12/6) TAFS Director, Tan Justin Darsono explained that he has prepared funds to pay off the principal and interest payments of the Toyota Astra Financial Services Continuous Bond IV Phase III Year 2024 Series A amounting to IDR 237.77 billion.

"The source of funds that will be used to pay the bonds comes from the company's internal funds," he wrote in the disclosure of information, Thursday (12/6).

For information, the bonds have a principal amount of IDR 1 trillion consisting of three series. Series A is offered with a principal amount of IDR 237.77 billion with an interest of 6.50% per year and a term of 370 days.

Then series B with a principal amount of IDR 8.67 billion with an interest of 6.80% per year and a term of 36 months. The last is series C with a principal amount of Rp 757.04 billion with an interest of 7.10% per year with a term of 60 months.

The use of funds from this bond is used for working capital for financing motor vehicles as the company's business activities.
