KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Astra Sedaya Finance (ASDF) revealed that one of the company's directors, Matilda Eshter Rotinsulu, has resigned.

Based on the announcement published in the Kontan daily, Monday (28/4), ASDF said that the company had received information about Matilda's resignation on April 25, 2025.

"The company accepts Matilda Eshter Rotinsulu's resignation from her position as Director," he wrote.

In addition, on April 25, 2025, the company also held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to draft changes to the company's board of directors.
