KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) announced that it has signed a credit facility agreement with PT Bank IBK Indonesia Tbk.

Reporting from the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Monday (28/4) Buana Finance Corporate Secretary, Ahmad Khaetami stated that the company received a working capital executing facility of IDR 150 billion with a tenor of 48 months.

"The loan facility will be used for the company's working capital needs," he wrote in an official statement, Monday (28/4).

Ahmad said that the working capital needs will be used to provide consumer finance credit. This facility is guaranteed by receivables provided by BBLD.

Buana Finance emphasized that this credit facility agreement does not have a material impact from events, information, or material facts on the company's financial condition.
