KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAFI) has conveyed its readiness to pay off bonds that will mature on March 17, 2025.

Reporting from the disclosure of information from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Friday (14/3) BAFI Director, Sigit Sembodo said that the company has prepared funds to pay off the payment of Bussan Auto Finance's Continuous Bonds I Phase V Year 2022 worth IDR 775 billion.

"The company hereby conveys that it has prepared funds to pay off the principal and the last interest on the bonds," he said in an official statement, Friday (14/3).

The interest on the bonds paid by the company reached IDR 11.43 billion. These bonds were issued without a certificate with a value of 100% of the principal amount of the bonds with a fixed interest rate of 5.90% per year.

For information, these bonds are part of Bussan Auto Finance's Continuous Bonds I with a target fund raised of IDR 3.50 trillion.
