Based on the OJK publication on the official website on December 23, 2024, the license was granted through the Decree of the Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority number KEP-519/PL.02/2024 per December 11, 2024 concerning the Enforcement of Business Licenses in the Field of Financing Companies in Connection with the Change of Name of PT Saison Modern Finance to PT Credit Saison Indonesia Finance.

The Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority explained that the name change would take effect from the date of the stipulation of the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority.

With the granting of the company's business license, PT Credit Saison Indonesia Finance is required to always implement healthy business practices and always refer to applicable laws and regulations in carrying out business activities.
