Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk. (CFIN) has held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) with the agenda of changing the composition of the company's management, Thursday (21/12/2023).

One of the resulting decisions was to formalize the appointment of new members of the Board of Commissioners. They include Bhindawati Gunawan as Main Commissioner and Dedi Setiawan as Commissioner.

Based on a summary of the minutes of the Clipan Finance EGMS, the meeting approved that both decisions were effective after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

If we refer to CFIN's financial report as of September 30 2023, Bhindawati Gunawan replaced Roosniati Salihin, who died at the age of 75 on Sunday (5/11/2023). Previously, Roosniati Salihin served as President Commissioner at Clipan Finance.

Based on the official Clipan Finance website, Bhindawati Gunawan has participated in the banking industry since 1984. Bhindawati Gunawan is the daughter of Mu'min Ali Gunawan, the conglomerate behind the Panin Group.

Currently, Bhindawati also serves as Deputy President Director at PT Panin Financial Tbk. (PNLF) and Bancassurance Strategic Advisor at PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk. (AMAG).

Thus, the composition of the members of the Clipan Finance Board of Commissioners starting from the closing of the GMS until the closing of the Annual GMS to be held in 2024 is as follows:

  - Main Commissioner: Bhindawati Gunawan *)

  - Commissioner: Dedi Setiawan *)

  - Independent Commissioner: Lukman Abdullah
