Indomobil Finance Obtains Syndicated Loans of US$ 400 Million from 33 Banks

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia (IMFI) received syndicated funding worth US$ 400 million. These loans were obtained from various banks domiciled at home and abroad. This syndication was obtained from 33 participating banks from nine countries.

The nine countries include Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, China, Korea, the Philippines and India. Initially, this syndicated loan was launched with a plan of US$ 250 million via a greenshoe option.
