KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Topas Multi Finance is ready to expand in the second half of this year with a target of up to IDR 70 billion for two-wheeled financing, as well as financing for large vehicles and heavy equipment of IDR 180 billion.
To achieve this target, the leasing company under the Mayapada Group plans to add 8 offices other than branch offices (KSKC).
Director of Topas Multi Finance, Hengky Susanto, said that the addition of KSKC is spread across Jakarta and its surroundings. "The financing target for multipurpose two-wheeled vehicles in Semester II is IDR 70 billion. The addition of KSKC will later be spread across Jabocitabek and has started since March 2023," said Hengky in his statement, Tuesday (18/7).
Meanwhile, to expand in the financing of large vehicles and heavy equipment, Topas Multi Finance has collaborated with several dealers and distributors to recruit debtors.
Hengky explained, the company has met the Rp 100 billion minimum capital requirement required by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). So there are no problems related to equity.
"Topas has made additional capital in April 2023 and has lifted the minimum equity warning sanction of IDR 100 billion on May 8 2023," he said.
Topas Multi Finance has complied with the provisions of Article 87 paragraph (2) letter b of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 35/POJK.05/2018 concerning Conducting a Financing Company Business.
For information, one of the shareholders of Topas Multi Finance, namely Jonathan Tahir, has increased the number of his shares. So that the total equity as of May 31, 2023 was recorded at IDR 101.3 billion.
