Bisnis.com, JAKARTA - PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk. (WOMF) announced the redemption of bonds worth IDR 32.8 billion.

In the announcement released by the company, the bonds that were repaid were WOM Finance's Phase III Phase B Series 2020 Public Offering.

It is known, the bonds have interest of 9.60 percent per year and mature on May 28, 2023.

"So we hereby notify all bondholders that all of the issuer's obligations to bondholders have been carried out," WOM Finance's management wrote, quoted on Monday (29/5/2023).

For information, interest on the bonds is paid every 3 months and the first will be made on August 28 2020. Meanwhile, WOM Finance so far this year is targeting a profit of IDR 231 billion.

WOM Finance Ring Director of Finance Lisa Hadi said that the company's net profit until the end of 2023 is projected to grow 17 percent compared to the same period last year.

To realize this target, Cincin said WOM Finance had prepared various strategic plans to continue to improve its performance in achieving the set targets.

"WOM Finance is developing business potential, both financing areas and distribution channels to increase business growth, as well as optimizing the company's existing customer database in the excellent-good category," Cincin told Bisnis recently.
