Cristel said that currently his party is looking at the market situation in advance for a branch expansion strategy.

As part of efficiency efforts, Cristel stated that it continues to improve the functions of the Mantis application, which was launched in 2021.
The use of this application is in the context of digitizing financing which makes it easier for potential customers to submit and obtain financing.
"All processes are carried out online, without the need to go to a branch office or submit copies of physical documents," he said.
Meanwhile, Cristel sees that the opportunities and potential for the multi-finance business in the digital era are still wide open.
