Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — Financing issuer PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. (ADMF) announced the resignation of Yasushi Itagaki from his position as chief commissioner of Adira Finance.

Based on information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Thursday (2/3/2023), the announcement of the resignation is stated in letter number No. : 035/ADMF/CS/III/23 on 2 March 2023.

Adira Finance Corporate Secretary Perry B. Slangor said that the company had received a letter of resignation from Yasushi Itagaki.

"With this, the company [Adira Finance] conveys information disclosure that on March 2, 2023, the company received a letter of resignation from Yasushi Itagaki from his position as the company's main commissioner," said Perry.

Nevertheless, Perry stated that the resignation of Yasushi Itagaki as President Commissioner did not have a significant impact on Adira Finance's operational activities, law, financial condition, or business continuity.

Meanwhile, in a separate announcement, PT Bank Danamon Tbk. (BDMN) announced that it will carry out plans to change the president director and main commissioner at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on March 31, 2023.

The issuer of the bank codenamed BDMN shares will propose to appoint Daisuke Ejima as the main director and Yasushi Itagaki as the main commissioner. Meanwhile, Itagaki currently serves as the main director of Bank Danamon.

"The company [Bank Danamon] will propose at the AGMS to appoint Daisuke Ejima as the company's main director and Yasushi Itagaki as the company's main commissioner," said management.

Quoting from Adira Finance's official website on Thursday (2/3/2023), Yasushi Itagaki is a Japanese citizen who was appointed as Main Commissioner at Adira Finance based on the EGMS decision on October 24, 2019.

Itagaki began to actively serve since May 6 2020 based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the OJK regarding the Fit and Proper Test Results No.KEP-11/KDK.05/2020 and was reappointed as President Commissioner based on the GMS Decision on June 30 2021.

Apart from serving as President Commissioner at Adira Finance, a graduate of Law Degree from Kyoto University (1987) has also served as President Director at Bank Danamon Indonesia since 2019 - now.
