KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) obtained a Credit Facility from PT Bank Victoria International Tbk. (BVIC) worth IDR 150 billion.

As quoted from the disclosure of information (1/3), Buana Finance has signed the credit facility agreement on 28 February. Meanwhile, the term loan facility worth IDR 150 billion has a tenor of 48 months.

BBLD Corporate Secretary Ahmad Khaetami said that this facility will be used for working capital purposes, namely the provision of Consumer Finance credit with collateral for the company's receivables.

"This loan facility has a positive impact on operational activities, law, financial conditions, or business continuity of BBLD," explained Ahmad.

Buana Finance is indeed being showered with credit from various banks. Last January, Buana Finance also obtained a credit facility from PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia of IDR 150 billion with a tenor of 36 months.

At the end of 2022, Buana Finance also obtained an additional credit facility from PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) worth IDR 250 billion.

Referring to Buana Finance's financial reports until September 2022, bilateral loans with banks and non-banks reached IDR 2.53 trillion. This value has increased by 57.17% year to date (YtD) compared to December 2021 of IDR 1.61 trillion.
