Adira Finance's New Heavy Equipment Financing Reaches IDR 354 Billion in 2022

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) recorded new financing for the heavy equipment segment reaching IDR 354 billion as of December 2022. This is in line with the increasing needs of various consumers, Adira Finance in 2022 provides a new financing product, namely the heavy equipment segment. Adira Finance Portfolio Director Harry Latif said that in 2023 the company is targeting new financing to grow by around 14% to 20% from the achievement in 2022 taking into account the projected economic growth which is still quite strong at around 5% on an annual basis or year on year. "This target is supported by increased public consumption, the tourism sector, and strong export performance driven by relatively high commodity prices," Harry told Kontan.co.id, Tuesday (17/1). Harry added, the growth trend of the financing industry is also expected to continue until 2023 in line with the projection of the Association of Indonesian Finance Companies which targets the growth of receivables to grow in the range of 5% to 6%. Furthermore, Harry said the growth prospects for the financing of the heavy equipment segment depended on conditions of economic growth and commodity prices. Currently, the domestic economy continues to show a fairly good growth trend, commodity prices are expected to remain relatively high in 2023. "So, it is expected to have a positive impact on the financing of the heavy equipment segment in multifinance," concluded Harry.
