KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) has appointed Hafid Hadeli as Commissioner of the Company. Meanwhile, the decision was based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on October 3, 2022.

"Effective from the date it is declared to have passed the fit and proper test from the Financial Services Authority (OJK)." said Director of Adira Finance I Dewa Made Susila in his official statement, Tuesday (4/10).

Hafid will fill the position with a term of office that will end until the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the financial year ending in December 2023 which will be held at the AGMS in 2024.

For information, Hafid Hadeli currently serves as deputy president director of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Danamon) since the beginning of this year. Previously, he served as the President Director of Adira Finance.

Thus, the composition of the membership of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of the Company is as follows:
