KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. The voluntary tender offer by Trinugraha Capital & Co SCA for the shares of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) has ended. Around 852 million shares participated in the offering.

Previously, the BFIN shares that were the object of this voluntary tender offer were 9.13 billion shares, representing 57.19% of the total issued and fully paid shares in BFIN.

"Based on the Final Tender Offer Implementation Report submitted by PT Raya Saham Registra as the Securities Administration Bureau, a total of 852,876,278 shares participated in the Voluntary Tender Offer," said Director of BFI Finance Sudjono quoted in an information disclosure, Tuesday (26/4).

Sudjono said that payments to shareholders who participated in the voluntary tender offer were made on April 25, 2022.

For information, in the previous prospectus, Trinugraha plans to invest in business transformation and implement digital technology in BFI Finance.

This is also in line with the entry of Jerry Ng's Bravo Investments Limited which will become the 57.12% shareholder of Trinugraha Capital.
