Henry received OJK approval on July 6, 2021 and became effective on August 2, 2021. BCA Finance is a subsidiary of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA) with a share ownership of 99.58 percent. The remaining shares are held by BCA Finance Limited as much as 0.42 percent.
